I Have Teton Order Routing set up, and log in to that account regularly. My data through this connection, and SC Data, is still delayed. Could someone please help me understand why, and what I need to do to fix this? I am looking at CL on NYMEX right now and confirm it is definitely delayed. Cheers, Mitch |

The only exchange you have activated is the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book". Therefore any instrument that is not traded on the CME exchange will be delayed data. CL, for instance, is traded on NYMEX. If you want to add the data for NYMEX (or change your exchange options in general) then you can do so from the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, they are not pro-rated, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, any exchange you activate now, you will pay the full price for the remainder of the month of March and then pay again on April 1st for April. And any exchange that you deactivate now, is only set to not renew for the next month, you will still get the data for that exchange through the remainder of this month. Scalpert: You do not have any exchanges active, as they did not renew on March 1, 2025. User47706: You do not, nor have you had, any data setup with us. If you are getting data from another source, then you would need to check with them on why you are having a problem getting the data. Hello Sierra Chart Support, I’m using SC Integrated Advanced with CME Group market data via the Denali Data Feed. During the RTH open yesterday, I noticed intermittent delayed real-time data on NQ in Sierra Chart prints were ~2–3 minutes behind compared to TradingView. The delay would resolve briefly, then recur during high volatility. Could you advise what typically causes this and what I should check (PC performance, multiple instances, chartbook/chart load, connection/data feed, etc.)? This raised concern about relying solely on Sierra Chart data during that period. PC / Network • Ryzen 9 9950X3D (16C/32T) • 32GB DDR5 • 2TB NVMe SSD • 600 Mbps wired (CAT7 Ethernet) Sierra Chart Setup • Instances: 2 • Chartbooks: 1 per instance • Charts: 11 per chartbook (includes Footprint and DOM; no Historical Market Depth) Additionally, I often see slow historical data downloads on startup (about 5–10 minutes) even though I open Sierra Chart daily. In Task Manager, Sierra Chart typically uses <1 Mbps during the download. Is there any setting or limitation that could be restricting DTC/data throughput on my system? Thank you. |

Refer to this post, we had an issue last week causing intermittent delays during high market activity. This is now resolved: Notice: CME Denali Data Feed Intermittent Data Delay January 26-February 6, 2026 Regarding this: Additionally, I often see slow historical data downloads on startup (about 5–10 minutes) even though I open Sierra Chart daily. In Task Manager, Sierra Chart typically uses <1 Mbps during the download. Is there any setting or limitation that could be restricting DTC/data throughput on my system?
