i have a problem , when i open my charts , i can't see the price moving , all is freeze , all symbol exept nasdaq which i opened yesterday before closing sierra chart , i tried to download the current version , to conncect , disconnect data feed , i checked i'm on sc all data service and i connected my self on other files and computers from my friends can you help me please ! thank you |

The first thing to be aware of is that you are only setup to get real-time data for EUREX. But you should be getting delayed streaming data for the CME Group, CFE, and U.S. Equities - if you are looking at any of those symbols. If you are still having an issue, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. You have two computers running Sierra Chart at the same time, both of which are trying to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can only do this if you are setup for it and it costs an additional exchange fee. You would need to disconnect the Sierra Chart on the other computer in order to get the data to the computer where you are having the issue.
