The following line from your log indicates the issue:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2

You have two computers running Sierra Chart at the same time, both of which are trying to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can only do this if you are setup for it and it costs an additional exchange fee.

You would need to disconnect the Sierra Chart on the other computer in order to get the data to the computer where you are having the issue.
