Hi,
1. I am not able to increase the font size of the free text that I write around the chart.

1. If you are using the "Stationary Text" drawing tool, then there is an option in the configuration for this tool for "Use Global Font". When this option is enabled, then the Text will be drawn using the global Chart Drawing font set in "Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General". When this option is disabled, than the font used for the Text is specified within the Font frame on this window.

2. What exactly are you looking for in terms of a Dynamic POC?

Hi, how can I change the font of the footprint data? Also, I want to increase the font size as they are very small.

The actual font that is used (Calibri, Tahoma, etc.) is not changeable just for the Numbers Bars study, you would have to change the Global Text Font that is used to make a change to font for all chart text. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Chart Text - (current font name)

In terms of the size, you can change this with the following Inputs on the Numbers Bars study:

Hi,

I have enough money to pay for next month and another month but still there is a warning message. I only access to CME currency future and COMEX (GC) which cost 11.5 X 2 = 23 dollor per month and I have more than 46 dollor and still getting warning message. Could you check it out?

That is just telling you that you do not have enough funds to renew your package when that time comes (as you are setup for package 11 for 6 months, so the renewal cost is $220.80). But you are 103 days away from needing to renew, so you are fine and you can ignore that message.

Hi,


I am using a professional computer ( Dell LAtitude 7480). I trade GBPUSD, EURUSD and ES (S&P 500). GBPUSD, EURUSD loads very quickly but it takes more than 5 minutes to load ES chart. What could be the reason? I mean I have only problem with ES.

Also, In GBPUSD/EURUSD chart, every setting I change works very quickly but in ES those changes in setting takes a long time. Could you figure out the problem?

Hi,


When the TPO market profile/volume profile chart are made ( for example daily), I want to know exactly if the candle is bullish or bearish candle. For example, I found it from other chart company which I will upload it here. I spend few hours but could not do it. In the attached pic, it showed the opening and close of the candle and it is red in that case as it is bearish.

This can be done by using the "Study/Price Overlay" study. Setup your TPO and then setup another chart that has the bar period set to be the same as the TPO profiles (i.e. if you have a 1 day TPO, then you setup another chart with 1 day Intraday bars). On the TPO chart, you need to set the Input for "Initial Balance Range" to 0, as that is the location where the bar will show, so you cannot have both.

Then use the "Study/Price Overlay" to overlay the bar chart to the TPO chart. On the Study/Price Overlay set the Input for "Fill Blanks With Last Value" to "No". Set other items as you need them.

I am taking some time off from trading because of vacation and some other reasons. I paid for 6 months and still more than 1 month is unused. Could you pause it from now so that I can use it when I start again. I will let you know then.

We do not have a way to "pause" a subscription. What we can do is refund the 1 month (31 days) of Usage Time that you have available. If we did this today, for instance, you would then have 6 days of Usage Time remaining. You can then re-activate your package when you get back.
