We do not have a way to "pause" a subscription. What we can do is refund the 1 month (31 days) of Usage Time that you have available. If we did this today, for instance, you would then have 6 days of Usage Time remaining. You can then re-activate your package when you get back. Please let us know if you want us to proceed with the refund of the Usage Time. We can also refund the balance of your Services Surplus back to your payment method, after we refund the Usage Time. There is a $5.00 processing fee for this. Let us know if you also want us to refund your Services Surplus.
