Delayed Data with a funded AMP account?

Hello, tonight I noticed that after rolling over to the new ESM22 contract, my charts are delayed. I have a funded AMP account and saw your message on how to connect once a month (Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees)

I tried doing this but am not sure what I need to select under Current Selected Service (List) when using AMP. Can someone please help me asap so I can get real time data again.

It appears this issue is still existing and I cannot figure it out if the 10m delay is b/c of the rollover, the daylight savings time change or b/c of the once a month data requirement. I hope someone can please assist as soon as possible.

Everything on your account looks good. If you are still having a problem then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I had to connect to CGQ for 10sec and then was able to get it to work. TY

Yes that is correct. You would need to use the "CQG Web API" service when you want to connect to your AMP account.
