Dear Sierra, I have review my subscription to 11- Package as i want to receive real time intraday data on US stocks and ETFs. I should be connected as i see the green icon in the top left but price does not move: a) I need to reload chart to have new candles; b) I definitely dont have real time data and candles are static Can you help me solve the issue, please? Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. There are two issues occurring. First - you are not setup to get the Real-Time data for U.S. Stocks. You need to follow through the instructions at the following link to get setup: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* Second - you are not using the correct symbols. The symbols for our new NASDAQ data feed require a "-NQTV" at the end. So for TSLA you would need to have a symbol of TSLA-NQTV. Make sure you update your symbols once you have finished setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed. ---- Separately - we see that you have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed activated, but no exchanges active. If you are in the middle of setup, then this is fine, just be sure you select the exchange(s) you want to have active as part of that data feed. Note that the U.S. Equities in that data feed is different from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange that is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
