Dear Sierra, I have review my subscription to 11- Package as i want to receive real time intraday data on US stocks and ETFs. I should be connected as i see the green icon in the top left but price does not move: a) I need to reload chart to have new candles; b) I definitely dont have real time data and candles are static Can you help me solve the issue, please?
