data missing on system 1 + current price incorrect on sytem 2...

Hello, I have two systems on the same computer, one with service connected to Interactive Brokers and one connected to SC data -All Services (data). This morning (8:00, european time), there are two issues: 1. system 1: Interactive Broker connection, data are missing between Friday the 3rd December 2021 @ 19:46 and start this morning Monday the 6 December 2021 at 9:00 ! 2. on the Sc data feed the current price is not the same as on sytem 1 but no gap as on system 1. I changed nothing between Friday and Monday morning! Data on system 1 has the [C][M] and on system 2 [M] displayed. I use package 12 + Denali Could you help me resolve these huge issues? On the first system with the gap, follow these instructions to get the missing data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart With regards to the second system not having the correct price, get us the Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Hello John, I sent two hours ago this message as a self found solution: 1. first installation, (IB trading)>> I just found out the "re-loading continuous futures contract data" procedure and the issue is now fixed.
