Problem loading ES live chart and DOM

Hello, I just activated ES with my broker and for some reason I am having an issue getting live charts and the DOM on Sierra Chart with it. It loads to the current bar if I click "Delete and download data" but it is a static chart and it is not actively moving. I talked to my broker and they told me I need to show you guys the message log to see what is wrong. We are not seeing anything wrong with the Message Log you have above. But there are some items that are missing. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
