Has it started working again? Are you not getting any data at all with regards to the U.S. Equities? If you are still having an issue, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. We spent some time analyzing this and cannot see why this is occurring repetitively. I just deleted the instance and make my main create a new one , its working fine now , But i think it was because of a bad main symbol that was not updating. I now understand why , the sub symbol I was using was SPRT . And sprt just had a merger and a name change to GEER . So , it stop the loading of the new data , and stop all loading from my symbols study as the main did not update on time and all .
