Hello, In an earlier support thread I was advised to subscribe to the SierraChart Exchange Data feed to access historical data for ICE exchange traded spreads. See - ICE EU/US Futures Spreads not pulling in | Post: 219913 I have done so, paying the pro-rated amount for the rest of the month to test this out. However, I receive an error message - 'User login failed', along with 'Symbol settings not found for current service'. Please see screenshot attached. Thanks in advance for your help. |

You need to complete the agreement here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Agreements And then you need to Translate Symbols to Current Service to use the new symbol format: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Let us know when the agreements are done so we can reactivate the Sierra Chart exchange data feed for you.
