Hi Was taking a look at sierra chart website and saw a topic about Denali Exchange Data Feed... Would like to confirm if its possible to subscribe for a real time data feed for futures market or not Would like to use the sierra chart plataform with real time data for mini es and crude oil maybe. I dont have any account with futures trading broker atm. My plan is to use the sierra chart to watch the market and ill continue to use my CFD broker to place orders Would like to confirm if real time futures data is avaible for these two assets and if yes what would be the price |

Yes you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data for the symbols. Refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed Regarding pricing, refer to: Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?: CME Exchange Fees for Professionals and Users Without a Supported Trading Account The prices are definitely very high without a trading account, so you would need to follow this solution: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hello, I have an account with Interactive brokers, Though I trade Crude in MCX, I would refer to Market depth of CL1 on NYMEX for its high volume(MCX low volume and PA is not good compared to CL1). Which data feed am I eligible for and what do u suggest for my case.? |

Since you have an account with Interactive Brokers, which we can connect to, then we recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, as the Interactive Brokers account will work towards verification of the non-professional status for the CME Group. For more information on the non-professional status, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok, I see, From your shared link, it says:- "The exchange fees range from approximately 1 USD to 30 USD per month for real-time data if you are considered a Non-Professional and have a funded trading account with a supported Trading service." I don't know whether I am considered professional by CME as I dont trade CME exchanges at all. I use it for data and I trade only on MCX exchange. Will I be eligible to get realtime Market Depth data from denali(10) + advance package(36) = 46$? please advise. |

The issue is that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Your Interactive Brokers account will qualify for this, so you will need to connect your Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers account at least once a month in order to verify to the CME Group that you have the account. Therefore, you cost will be the cost of the Sierra Chart software and the cost of the exchange(s) you activate. In order to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* In order to connect to your Interactive Brokers account, you will follow these instructions: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions And if you are not going to stay connected to Interactive Brokers at all times, then refer to these instructions to connect once a month: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
