Hello, I have a test period and I'm interested in speculation on DAX and S&P. Do I need to set up an account with a broker to receive data on the platform? Do I have to set up an account and can I use your data which is available in Sierra Chart? If I cannot use the data provided by Sierra Chart, please specify which broker do you recommend / prefer regarding DAX and S&P instruments? I did not find the manual in Polish so I ask .... Thank you for your help |

Do I need to set up an account with a broker to receive data on the platform? You would only need a live funded account, if you want to take advantage of the lower cost exchange fees. Yes, I need real-time data for DAX and S&P futures. Which broker do you recommend? I have a real account, but with a Polish broker. What broker do you recommend for DAX and S&P futures? I have one more request. I am asking to run a test account in Sierra Chart. I have never had a test version, and I received such information via email. Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-04-14 19:39:23

You will need a trading account with a broker for the real-time CME futures data to take advantage of the nonprofessional fees. We explain the solution to this here: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the data you are going to need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed And for EUREX you need to use this data feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed We can help you with the set up. I have two more questions because I don't understand everything. 1. The amount of $ 200 is as a deposit that I can withdraw from an AMP account? Is it an amount that is non-returnable? Why is it better to deposit $ 200 than $ 100 for koto AMP? 2. What are all monthly costs for using Sierra Chart access for real-time futures contracts on DAX and S&P? 1. Yes you can withdraw this amount. You can just deposit 100. We say 200 just to be sure, the account is funded to a reasonable level according to how the CME may interpret this. 2. We will get you the pricing on this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. 2. In order to answer this fully, we need to know a couple of additional things: - Do you just need data from the e-Mini S&P 500 Futures from the CME, or do you need other instruments? - Do you need Market Depth data for the CME instruments? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Yes, I need access to this type of data: Market Depth, Tape, Orderbook, Market Profile, Real Volume. I am interested in two futures instruments S&P and DAX. I don't need to place orders on the Sierra Chart platform. I need access to this data in real time. http://kemar.pl/fx/sierra_orderbook.jpg Thank you for your help |

Right now those two instruments are on different data feeds from us. So you will need to have both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the EUREX exchange and you will need the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME exchange. Here is the breakdown of the pricing for these (all prices are per month and are quoted in USD and assume that you have a funded trading account that you can connect to once a month (as specified previously)): DAX: - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: $25.00 - EUREX Exchange Fee: $21.00 Sub-Total 1: $46.00 e-Mini S&P 500: - Denali Exchange Data Feed: $25.00 - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals: $10.40 Sub-Total 2: $35.40 Monthly Credit for using both Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and Denali Exchange Data Feed: $10.00 Total: $71.40 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok, I understand, thank you for the calculation. Can I test this data during the trial period? |

There is a Trial for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed that is free for 14 days or until the end of the month in which it is activated, whichever is fewer. The Denali Exchange Data Feed and the exchanges themselves are free until the end of the month in which you activate them. Therefore, if you activated them today, you would only have until the end of April for free. If you wait until May 1 to activate, then you would have the entire month of May for free. How to run step by step: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed that is free and the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the exchanges? I have never installed the Sierra Chart platform. Can I now download this data to the platform (in the trial version I currently have) or is it a prerequisite to set up an account at AMP (https://www.ampglobal.com) and deposit funds in the amount of $ 100? In other words, I must first create an account at AMP and only then can I use this data: DAX - Sierra Chart Exchange Data - EUREX Exchange e-Mini S&P 500: - Denali Exchange Data - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals I am sorry if I don't speak well but I'm from Poland and my English is not very good. Thank you for your help. |
