no symbols with CTS

Hello, I have just started a TopstepTrader combine and got the credentials to connect to CTS. the connection works but there are no symbols available and the following error is shown: see files. I have send this to CTS support and the answer was: We looked over your setup and you are correctly permissioned to access Sierra Chart and we see you are setup correctly by TopStep to access markets. We do see that there are some errors thrown when you are logged in. You would need to reach out to Sierra Chart support to troubleshoot the issue. You will now be able to get the symbols. Go to File >> Find Symbol and open a chart through that window and make sure you are using the correct symbol. If you have any market data authorization issue, contact Top Step Trader for further help. But really they should have put you on Rithmic because users have had problems with the CTS simulation server recently.
