You will now be able to get the symbols. Go to File >> Find Symbol and open a chart through that window and make sure you are using the correct symbol. If you have any market data authorization issue, contact Top Step Trader for further help. But really they should have put you on Rithmic because users have had problems with the CTS simulation server recently.
