Questions on Downloading Daily RTH data

Hi SC support, How do I download daily and weekly Regular Trading Hour data (OHLC and bid/ask/trade/total volume)? The Download Historical Data is not available. I tried download bar data but it is missing the bid ask volume. I tried Download Data for All Historical Chart, and then specify the start date, the message I get is as attached. Please advise what I have done wrong. Thanks. |

I am now clear that 'download' and 'export' in SC has different meaning. Pardon for the confusion, what I meant is to 'export' Daily OHLC, trades, bid and ask volumes data to excel file. 2 Questions; 1. Why is the Bid and Ask volumes data only present in the last day but not the rest of the days? 2. How can I export the data in individual cell? As it is every line of data is lumped in a single cell. 1. The chart must be an Intraday data type of chart.
