I've been getting lag and these "No Response from Server" messages.

I am getting data. Visually, for the most part it doesnt appear that anything is wrong...aside from some lag here and there.

Could you please advise a solution? Thanks.

That is a message from the CQG system.

Not sure why they are sending it. Only they would know apart from the obvious based on what it says but we suspect there is another reason because it does not seem like what it is saying is even true.

Make sure your computer's clock is set accurately:

Thank you. I'm now running the NTP Clock sync and will see how it goes.

The clock sinc hasnt improved the situation.

Now I notice the lag more. It seems charts show price moves first, then the Depth of Market ladder will catch up half second later, but the entire feed feels delayed overall.

Same messages are coming ("no response to server ping request") about every minute or so.

Sounds like I should work this thru CQG support?

Check the Chart Update Interval settings:

Make sure they are set to what you require.

This really should not be occurring:

Same messages are coming ("no response to server ping request") about every minute or so.

When you notice it, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions and we will ask CQG about it:
