my data is off by about 3 seconds. My internet is sufficient speed, checked that. My system settings are all set for speed, limited number of days, data, etc. And, this just started happening as of yesterday. I can tell by the lag in how my High/low for extended time period is setting, and how my opening print at 9:30PM EST is populating that it is off. Do you have any recommendations as to why this would be? Or, where I would search to fix this?

We would be surprised if the data is actually off by 3 seconds. The best to see if you are actually having a delay in the data is to make sure you have the "Data Delay" displayed in your "Chart Header". The Data Delay will be prefaced with "DD:" in the header and shows the difference between the timestamps of the incoming data versus your computer clock. Refer to the following for how to modify your Chart Header: Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header This also requires that your computer clock is synchronized to one of the national standards, as that is what the exchanges use. You can do this through your operating system, or you can have Sierra Chart do this for you. Refer to the following: Network Time Protocol Client Once you have your clock set properly and the Data Delay displayed, then note the difference that is displayed in that Data Delay.
