Delayed data after resuming sierra chart

I am back from a 6 week break which coincided with Sierra expiring. After resigning up and getting the normal Denali Data feed, I am getting delayed data while connecting to Sierra Chart. Appears to be 13 minutes delayed - all it says is "delayed" in the title bar. I have attached screenshot

not sure what you mean with "normal" Denali data? are you sure that you subscribed to real-time data, yesterday was the 1st, so a new period for real-time data

The normal denali CME data feed under Activate Services. It has a green check mark next to it so it shows payment has been accepted. Please see attached picture.

this just means that all agreements are signed, now click "activate" and watch which exchanges are active or not

Your issue is that you have activated a Non-Professional exchange option for the CME Group, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you make a good connection to your live trading account, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to get the real-time non-professional data. Right now, your date is showing as "August 6, 2026".
