**Subject: Specific Intraday Charts Blank/Grey After Moving Chartbook to New Windows PC** Hi Sierra Chart Support, I have moved my Sierra Chart setup from my previous computer to a new Windows 11 PC and I am having a problem with three specific charts in my chartbook. The following charts open but remain completely blank/grey with no price bars displayed: * 4 Hour * 15 Minute * 1 Minute However, in the same chartbook: * Daily chart works correctly * Renko/tick charts work correctly and receive current data The symbol is NQU26-CME. Troubleshooting already completed: * Translate Symbols to Current Service * Delete All Data and Download * Reload and Recalculate * Confirmed Data Limiting is set to 30 days * Compared Chart Settings, Session Times and other obvious settings against a working chart * Tested Auto-Set From Data Feed both Yes and No * Duplicating one of the affected charts produces the same blank chart * Deleted the transferred chartbook and downloaded a completely fresh copy of the original chartbook. Exactly the same 4H, 15m and 1m charts remain blank. * Created a completely new NQU26-CME Intraday Chart from File > Find Symbol. The new 1-minute chart immediately downloaded/displayed price data correctly. Therefore the data connection and NQU26 intraday data appear to be working correctly. The issue seems specific to these three saved charts within the chartbook. Could you please advise what could be stored within these particular chart definitions that would cause the main price graph not to display on the new installation, while newly created intraday charts and the other charts in the same chartbook work correctly? I can attach the chartbook if that would help you reproduce the issue. Thank you. |

You have several charts that have the wrong symbol. Each service uses a different symbology, so when you change services you need to update the symbols. After you change services and you select "OK" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, you are asked if you want to update symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this question. If you forget, or if you open another chartbook later, then you can select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to update the chart symbols for the current selected service. You need to do this to update your current charts. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
