Thanks. I have now corrected the data/service configuration. I am connected to Teton CME Order Routing, my CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts Denali exchange has been reactivated, and I have confirmed that my data is now live and real-time. I then ran Edit > Translate Symbols to Current Service again. The affected charts have correctly translated and their title bars now show: NQU26_FUT_CME[M] However, the same three charts remain completely blank: 4 Hour 15 Minute 1 Minute The Daily and Renko charts in the same chartbook display correctly. I can also create a completely new intraday chart for the current NQ contract and it displays price data correctly. I have also previously tried Delete All Data and Download, Reload and Recalculate, duplicating the affected charts, and downloading a fresh copy of the chartbook. The same three charts remain blank. So the symbols now appear to be correct for Teton and the live Denali feed is working, but these specific charts still do not display. Could you please inspect the chartbook or advise what setting within these specific charts could be preventing the price graph from displaying? |
