Historical Intraday Data Downloads Not Working with Rithmic

Hello, I am using Sierra Chart 2915 with AMP and Rithmic Direct - DTC. My live data is working correctly, but historical intraday data does not download. The Message Log shows: "Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled." I already: reactivated my AMP live setup, selected Rithmic, reconnected, reloaded all charts, opened new charts, verified Days to Load = 1000. Only new real-time bars appear. No historical data is downloaded for any CME symbol. Could you please tell me why historical data downloads are disabled on my connection? Thank you. |
