Hello, I am no longer using Rithmic. I am now using Teton CME Routing with AMP. AMP confirmed that my Teton setup is correct and advised me to contact Sierra Chart because Sierra provides the market data. The problem is that all of my charts are delayed. In Help → About Sierra Chart it shows: Delayed Data Feed: Yes Denali Authorized Realtime Exchanges: None I have already disconnected and reconnected several times, reloaded the charts, and verified my settings, but the problem remains. Could you please check why no realtime exchanges are authorized for my account and why I am only receiving delayed market data? I have attached a screenshot of the Help → About Sierra Chart window.
