Version 2930 64-bit, Trial Package, usage end 2026-08-13. Message Log shows "Enabled for: Delayed Denali Exchange Data Feed."

Completed today (2026-07-23, UTC):
- Uniform Subscriber Agreement For Delayed Data: signed 08:50:56, re-signed 09:10:29 after completing all account information (name, address, phone, country — initially incomplete; please ensure the completed submission is in effect)
- CME Non-Professional Certification: completed ~09:15, account shows "self certified as Non-Professional"

Client side, all checklist items verified: Service = SC Data (scdataallservices); "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" = No; Update Symbol Settings done repeatedly; Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service; symbols from Find Symbol; full restart; current version. Also tried Trading Evaluator and Trading Evaluator - Delayed (DTC connects fine, Trading/OCO/Bracket supported).

Still, at 09:24 UTC (after all of the above):
Mapping MNQU26-CME to MNQU26. Service code: cme
Symbol not allowed: MNQU26-CME

Is there a propagation delay before the delayed CME entitlement reaches the data servers, or does this account need the permission applied manually? Please enable delayed CME group data for this account.

You are on a trial. As such, you have limited data you have access to. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Trial Account

It does not matter that you have completed the agreements. If you want to have access to all the delayed streaming data that we have available, you would need to change to a paid package. To do this, follow these instructions:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hello John, thank you for the quick reply.

I was confused because the documentation appears to say the trial includes the Delayed Exchange Data Feed:

- The Trial Account page (What is Included in the Free Trial?) lists "Delayed Exchange Data Feed" among the services available during the trial.

- The Delayed Exchange Data Feed page (Delayed Exchange Data Feed) says it "is included with the Sierra Chart Service Packages which trial users have access to."

Could you clarify this, and update the pages if they are outdated?

One more question before I purchase: with Service Package 3, will delayed CME data (for example MNQU26-CME) work with my current setup and the agreements I have already completed, or is anything else required?

Thank you.

The Delayed Streaming Data is available during a trial, but the particular symbols you have access to are limited.

In order to work with Sierra Chart and have access to all the CME Group data as Delayed Streaming data, you can be on any package, including the "Base Standard" package (Package 3). Refer to the information for the packages here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
