Full-Book vs TOp-of-Book

I believe my sub provides for full-book and MBO data. However, I can only see Top-of-Book data and no MBO (each order per price level). Can you please check to be sure? I've made sure that my "Maximum Market Depth Levels" is set to 20 but I cannot see any resting orders, only what has already traded.

Given the exchanges that you have active (which you can view on your Recurring Services page on our website), you should be getting the Market Depth for products traded on the CME exchange (just the CME exchange, not the full CME Group) and since you are also on Package 12, you should be able to view the Market by Order information for those products.

This is also true for NASDAQ TotalView stocks (stock symbols with the -NQTV suffix) and MBO symbol (stock symbols with the _MBO suffix), since you have the NASDAQ TotalView and U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchanges active.
