Hi Guys, woke up this morning and opened pc from sleep mode and I connected but no data...help please |

my charts are updating, but no trade data. I went to data services and Rithmic had flipped to SC data. I think fine, I will just relog on to rithmic and then Lucid. But look there are no servers listed... and you can see I am logged into Rithmic but no servers

ok I restarted pc, and was able to get server, but then I get nothing. YES I HAVE HIT TRANSLATE SYMBOLS 3 times to no avail. The idiot at lucid is useless. I hope you can help. It is weird that SC is green at top, and yet nothing will load.

the idiot at Lucid said it's a SC issue. I said how can it be SC with their SC data is working fine, and I am connected?

John, I got a supervisor at lucid please read what he said re that is it a SC issue as everthing is working fine at Lucid and rithmic. I have sent you log of me logging on and getting yet again a black screen. Everyhing looks like it is loading but then it goes black. YES YES YES I have hit translate to new service. and it is blank Hi, this is Sindha, a Customer Support Supervisor at Lucid. Your ticket has been escalated to me and I’ll be assisting you moving forward. I've taken the time to review the entire ticket, and what our customer support team advised is correct. We have checked your Rithmic account from our end and found no issues. Your market data is active, and your credentials are working as expected, which is further supported by the screenshot you provided. While Sierra Chart is a supported platform for Lucid accounts, it is still a third-party application. Since your Rithmic account is working correctly from our end, you'll need to contact Sierra Chart's support team for further assistance with this issue. |

last post, so you see there is nothing wrong with the copy or installation of SC. Here is exact same chartbook, but opened on SC data. Loads fine...so there is something that SC won't load Rithmic suddenly. NOTHING CHANGED OVERNIGHT, I simply put pc on sleep...

The question is if you want to use Rithmic-data or if you want to use Denali realtime data and just want to route your orders to Lucid. If you want to get the data from Rithmic, you've to enter username and password 3times |

ok this is really weird. I restarted yet again, and reloaded Rithmic into data feed with my lucid credentials. Hit the translate symbols, and for a moment I saw the charts! Then they all started to reload, and had the white boxes saying reloading. One by one they all went black...as you can see by a few still open and I got a scrrenshot. Now all charts are black

you're using the wrong contracts, ESU6 and NQU6 are the correct symbols/front-month
