Hello,
Please can you help
I am having problems connecting to Rithmic Direct DTC. I have followed the instructions in the connection set up guide but unfortunately I am still having issues connecting using my Apex account details.
I am happy to send the message log when requested. Currently the log is displaying “Rithmic Direct-DTC|Remote address is not Set” when I attempt to connect.

enter username and password and click Apply All and restart SC, now you should see the apex-servers, now enter username/password 3times if you want the data from Rithmic, if you've Denali realtime-data just enter it once.

Please follow the instructions at the following link from Steps 8 through 11. You need to have a server selected and those steps tell you how to do this.

Hello John, thanks for your answer. Unfortunately I have already done this. I have selected Rithmict Direct DTC from the server list and have input my Apex details 3 times for

logging in, Market data and historical data

Maybe that is an issue?

Per the instructions, after you select "Rithmic Direct - DTC" for the "Current Selected Service", you need to select "OK" to close that window.

Then select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" again to open the window. Then select the item list for the "Server List" to bring up the list of servers. Select the server you need in that list. Refer to the following for how to use that list item if you are not familiar with it:
