Hello,
Please can you help
I am having problems connecting to Rithmic Direct DTC. I have followed the instructions in the connection set up guide but unfortunately I am still having issues connecting using my Apex account details.
I am happy to send the message log when requested. Currently the log is displaying “Rithmic Direct-DTC|Remote address is not Set” when I attempt to connect.
