Per the instructions, after you select "Rithmic Direct - DTC" for the "Current Selected Service", you need to select "OK" to close that window.

Then select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" again to open the window. Then select the item list for the "Server List" to bring up the list of servers. Select the server you need in that list. Refer to the following for how to use that list item if you are not familiar with it:
