Hello,
I'm using Sierra Chart Package 11 with Denali data feed (non-professional). I have a 1-minute Numbers Bars chart on ES (E-mini S&P 500).
My issue is that the Numbers Bars cells are not populated with historical data — they only fill in real-time from the moment I open the chart. When I reopen Sierra Chart, all previous bars are empty.
I found the "Historical Pullback Data" setting in Chart Settings > Chart Data, but the dropdown only shows "None", "Reset and Accumulate on New High/Low", and "Reset and Accumulate on New or Touch High/Low" — no option to select a number of days.
My questions:

Does Denali Package 11 support historical tick data backfill for Numbers Bars?
If yes, how do I configure it correctly?
If no, what is the recommended solution to have populated Numbers Bars cells on historical bars?

Thank you

You should not be having an issue of not having backfilled data, as your account has everything setup properly to get the data for the CME Exchange.

But the image you provided confuses us, as it is not showing no data. It is showing very little data for those times, but it may not be incorrect. We can not tell if it is correct or not, as we do not know the symbol of the chart or the time zone.

If you are actually missing data, where the bars show nothing at all, or they show only zeros for both Bid and Ask, then we would need to see an image of that, and we need to know the symbol and time zone of the chart. Please get us an image by following these instructions:
