46-second delay before startup Chartbooks open (clean installation)

Version 2915. A startup delay started suddenly after a replay freeze. There is a consistent delay of approximately 46 seconds as shown in these consecutive Message Log entries: 2026-06-14 13:45:32.289 | Requested user files to download. 2026-06-14 13:46:18.415 | Files to Open on Startup | Opening file: ExampleChartbook.cht I tested the following: * Windows restart * Delete All Data And Download * Removed startup Chartbooks * Clean installation in C:\SierraChart_test * Using only ExampleChartbook.cht The same 46-second delay occurs in the clean installation. Also, if I disable "Files to Open on Startup" and manually open ExampleChartbook.cht after Sierra Chart starts, it opens immediately. What process occurs between these log entries, why is Sierra Chart waiting approximately 46 seconds before opening startup Chartbooks, and how can this be resolved? Thank you. |
