My charts wont load any historical data

Hi i have been trading on sierra charts for over 2 years now and my charts have been working well. I just got a new laptop, and when I transferred the files over, my charts started messing up. This led me to delete eveythign and start from scratch.

The new issue I now seem to have is that the data on my charts is only loading from today. I am not able to change the date for 'Data range in file form' when I go into the chart settings >> data limiting. It's stuck at 2026-06-03 even though I have the 'days to load for intraday chart data type' set to 365. my 'Load data limiting method (List)' is also set to 'use number of days to load'

when I first set Sierra Charts up 2 years ago, I used a CQG account and went down that route, but this time I have used my Rithmic APEX account directly for the data feed. Not sure if that is useful information or not.

I mananged to find an old back up of my chart data on my other computer and the charts are normal. but now the issue has become that as soon as i update the chart with the right symbol for the current period like 'CLN6.NYMEX' all previous data disapears and the chart starts from todays date

i get a red box saying Historical data failed for somereason it is the first time this has every happened

As we pointed out in another posting of yours, you do not currently have any exchanges active for our Denali Exchange Data Feed. As such, you are getting your data from Rithmic. Most likely you have the fields for the Historical Data for Rithmic blank in our Data/Trade Service Settings, which would be why you are getting the error message.

The fastest solution is to add funds to your account and activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:

Hi thank you,
I made the payment of 81 usd to reactivate the data feed. But the issue of only displaying the data starting from the present day persists. I am confused as to what else could be the issue. in chart settings when I try and set the 'data range in file frm' back by 1 year and then press 'apply all' it automatically resets to 2026-06-03.

Also when I disconect and reconnect the data feed the red box saying permision denied is this appearing even after activating the package

You still have NOT activated any exchanges. We see that you have made the payment, but the exchanges are already deactivated, so you need to specifically activate them at the following link:

I have activated it and waited 5 minutes now to reopen Sierra Charts. still have the same red permission denied, and the charts for VWAP and market profiles are still starting on 2026-06-03. with no access to historical data

Also, before April, I only paid $56 monthly for the package 12 and had access to ES and CL without needing to activate any other package and never had an issue so not sure why an extra $81 is needed

Thank you hopefully there is a fix
