Honestly, we have no idea how you got any data previously, given what we state next. We just noticed another issue with your account, which is that your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2024-02-03", so you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to a live, funded, futures trading account since January 2024. As such, you could not have been getting data from our Denali Exchange Data feed. Given this, we are not certain why you had the data feed active this past May. We were looking at the fact that you had the data active, and then it was deactivated on June 1. We did not look at your Verified Until date. If you have a live, funded, futures trading account that will meet the requirement, as specified at the following link, then you will need to connect to that account to update your Verified Until date to be 30 days in the future: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges You can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Also, the reason why you are paying $81.00 instead of $40.50 for the exchange, is that you have the option for "2 Systems" enabled.
