Hi Support, I am a new user from Venezuela. I have a Service Package 11 and $17 USD in my Services Balance. My CME agreements are being rejected because I do not have a funded trading account. I want to use the "Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Surcharge" (Easy Solution) to get real-time data, but the activation button is not appearing on my Services Activation page. Please manually enable the surcharge payment for my account so I can authorize my CME data. My User ID is: Amg0210

In order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchanges fees for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. This is a requirement from the CME Group that we enforce in order to stay compliant and to be able to send out the data. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Therefore, if you do not have a live, funded, futures trading account, then the only option is to pay the Professional exchange fees.

The "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement" that we recommend is a way to get a live trading account for a minimum outlay. You will find the information for this at the following link:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

There are no other options for this, and therefore, there is nothing we can do for you in this regard. You need to determine if you can open a live account or if you want to pay the professional rates.

Since Sierra Chart can connect to Interactive Brokers, you can use an Interactive Brokers account to qualify for the CME Group Non-Professional requirement. But it has to be a live trading account - a paper trading account does not count towards the requirement.

You would first need to redo your agreements at the following link, entering "Interactive Brokers" for the "Clearing Firm" and entering your "Account Number":
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME

Then, to connect Sierra Chart to Interactive Brokers, follow these instructions:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

If you are not going to stay connected to Interactive Brokers all the time, then keep in mind that you need to connect at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
