bonjour j'ai un probleme d'autorisation des donnéés ESM6.cme le probleme viens de sierra de ma configuration ou de mon parametrage car avec lucis et meme avec apex sa fonctionnait. et sa fonctionne chez dautre utilisateur sierra. est ce que vous pouvez verifier a distance svp. depuis plusieurs annee avec sierra je devrais malheureusement changer de plateforme si je ne paeut plus trader les prop firm avex rithmic ou tradovate qui est proposé par les prop firm. je peux utiliser teamviewer si besoin

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
