hello, i cant seem to get out of delayed data,because i'm stuck in evaluating package 12? ..i was evaluating the package 12 yesterday and so i purchased it now to have live data but now it says; [✖] Failed to set Service Package to the '12 - Integrated Advanced MBO' option with the End Date of 2026-05-15. Insufficient balance to activate service. A balance of at least 56 USD is required for 16.94 to pay for all required services. Current balance for account (deltaroyales) is 16.94 USD. Make Payment For 39.06 USD: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit&Amount=39.06 i wanted to just pro rate the price (package 10 that i purchased yesterday ) and adding the difference for package 12 today but it seems to be asking for paid until May 15. I'm tryin to have live data on package 12 for current cycle not until May. how i do get out of evaluation? thank you |

The Evaluation is not the issue. The problem you are having is that you have activated a Non-Professional exchange (CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts), but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for why you need to do this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges We can tell that you have not connected, as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2023-09-17", meaning you have not connected to a live trading account since August of 2023. When you make a valid connection that date will change to 30 days in the future. That date must be in the future in order to be able to get the real-time data.
