Hi, I got a message from you saying I need to connect to a live account at least once a month to continue to get live data at certain fees? I'm trading Lucid Trading prop accounts via a Rithmic connection. Does that not count? I don't want to lose access. Thank you!

Thank you. Yes I'm getting rithmic data at the moment trading these prop accounts. But I've done a ton of work in SC and with my trading and want to reactivate my edgeclear account and use denali/teton again soon. To be clear, you want me to click deactivate "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" -- which I'm currently being billed ~$40 per month for? And everything else in terms of my use of SC and current setup with getting live Rithmic data to trade will remain the same? Thanks! |

rithmic cut off my data yesterday. I had downloaded a chartbook from Order Flow Labs. I can't risk having this happen agagin while I'm in the middle of working on my trading. let me pay you whatver the increased cme fees are for a month. I'll get an account with edgeclear so I can login once a month, but I want to get back to what I was working on today. If that makes sense, please show me where I can pay you to get denali back running, and my charts working again as soon as possible. thank you

You currently have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active. So the cheapest option would be to connect your Sierra Chart software to a live, funded, futures trading account. The "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account" is the cheapest option within the Professional exchanges. I activated "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account" and made a payment of $100 This should tide me over until I get an edgeclear account set up? I think you're saying I get those above symbols with what I just activated? If so, that's fine as I'm only trading mnq and nq thank you |

It gives you until the end of March. You have already paid for that professional exchange, so you have access to that data through the end of this month. Hopefully that is enough to get your account with Edge Clear setup. We would even recommend "deactivating" the exchange at this time. When you "deactivate" it, you are only setting it to not renew. You are not actually turning it off - as you have already paid for it. This way, you will not accidentally pay another $78.00 on April 1, 2026. Keep in mind the exchange fees are not refundable. Yes, those are the symbols for which you now have real-time data access. Other symbols are not available, so you will get delayed streaming data (at best). Note that these are not all the symbols for the CME Group, which is why we point out that it is a limited list of symbols. Hello again, Unofrtunatety I'm still having issues. Don't know if it's related to rithmic cutting off my data yesterday. But as we've discussed in detail, I'm on denali now under data settings, I toggled to allow support for sierra chart data feeds and on each chart I'm actively using (within 2 chartbooks on two instances), I translated symbols to current service --the two issues I'm having: 1. when I login, I get a big red historical data download error 2. I get nearly constant rithmic connection error messages....server thhings...connection things...green bar turning to yellow That said, historical data does APPEAR to be loading --at least to me at first blush And I have been able to trade today ...my trades are going thru...lucid trading (prop) is relefcting my p&l prooperly thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-03-06 05:13:08

I should add, I've been getting these rithmic disconnects/error messages when I try to close SC and save. not sure if I've gotten them at other times, but it's happened when I try and logoff and save now that I'm talking this through I'm going to assume this is a rithmic issue? thankfully I don't believe it's happened in the middle of a trade i'll figure out this trading thing one day and get a proper personal account again vs these "prop" firms i can't belive these same issus exist for non-prop rithmic accounts |

But as we've discussed in detail, I'm on denali now No, you are actually not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME data for the following reason:The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges, is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Just activated it [✔] The 'CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time. In post #9, I said I had activated it. I guess I saw I needed to pay, and when I added $100 for it, I forgot that it still needed to be activated. Thank you |
