Interactive Brokers - Ticker Limits - Something has Changed

I am a very long term user of SC with IBKR.

I connect to SC with data from IBKR which has a 100 ticker display limit. I also pay for real time data from Sierra Chart. I probably display more than 100 tickers on my screen from Sierra Chart and maybe 40 on the IBKR TWS desktop.

Until today I had no problems but now I am being restricted on IBKR desktop to less than the previously displayed 40 tickers, maybe 30 and 10 question marks.

If I connect SC to SC Data only all the tickers display on IBKR desktop, no question marks.

Conclusion is that some of the SC tickers are being counted by IBKR towards the total of 100, so they are applying a restriction. In itself this is odd because I am displaying well over a 100 tickers in total.

Something has changed, it has been fine for years. I upgraded to the latest version of SC which did not solve the problem. Maybe there is a cache I need to clear?

Can this be corrected.

Thanks

Perhaps, even a request for security definition data causes a problem. Sierra Chart will request security definition data even if the market data is coming from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for a symbol.

Make sure on the chart, that you expect data to be from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, that you see [M] after the symbol. If not, then the data is not coming from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

It seems that on the main instance there is an [M] for all tickers but in instance 2 and 3 there isn't an [M] against any, even for the same tickers.

All 3 instances are on 2882 64-bit.

This is correct functioning. Sub-Instances (those started by selecting "File >> New Instance") will not show the [M] after the symbol in the chart header. So you are not having any issue related to this.
