It seems that on the main instance there is an [M] for all tickers but in instance 2 and 3 there isn't an [M] against any, even for the same tickers.
This is correct functioning. Sub-Instances (those started by selecting "File >> New Instance") will not show the [M] after the symbol in the chart header.
