Perhaps, even a request for security definition data causes a problem. Sierra Chart will request security definition data even if the market data is coming from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for a symbol. Make sure on the chart, that you expect data to be from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, that you see [M] after the symbol. If not, then the data is not coming from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
