What we are seeing is that there are no trades, but there is bid and ask data, for the CTA channels (NYSE and AMEX). So you are getting bid and ask prices. Use the Quote Board to see prices. You can also enable the Bid/Ask Average Line through the Chart menu. We are looking into why this is the case. There may have been a change that was made by CTA unknown to us. Yes we know about that announcement and those changes were implemented. This is a different feed, this is called the CTA feed. This is for NYSE and AMEX. All changes for NASDAQ were already done.

There are additional updates we will be doing after 4 PM Eastern, Because there are additional, start of day and end of day related messages that have fractional quantities that we did not yet implement support for but this is not going to have any effect on the trade data. These relate to high of day, low of day, prior closing price, and daily volume values. And understand how fractional quantities are handled at this time, if a trade has a fractional quantity, the fraction portion is truncated. If the trade is less than one share is treated as one share. Proper support for fractional quantities will come over the next 60 days or so. Regarding post #14, as we look at the link again now, we only quickly looked at it in the morning, we do see that it mentions CTA. So that does cover NYSE and AMEX. We just never got any notices from CTA about the fractional quantities and somehow believed there was nothing to do with that feed. But we were not on the mailing list. We are now.
