What we are seeing is that there are no trades, but there is bid and ask data, for the CTA channels (NYSE and AMEX). So you are getting bid and ask prices. Use the Quote Board to see prices. You can also enable the Bid/Ask Average Line through the Chart menu. We are looking into why this is the case. There may have been a change that was made by CTA unknown to us.
