Regarding post #14, as we look at the link again now, we only quickly looked at it in the morning, we do see that it mentions CTA. So that does cover NYSE and AMEX. We just never got any notices from CTA about the fractional quantities and somehow believed there was nothing to do with that feed. But we were not on the mailing list. We are now.
