Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am using Service Package 12 with the Denali Data Feed. My COMEX with Market Depth (non-professional) subscription is active and valid through February 28. All CME Group exchange agreements (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) are accepted and enabled. However, I am still having the following issues in Sierra Chart: - Help → About shows “Delayed Data Feed = YES” - Numbers Bars / Footprint charts are showing many zeros (bid/ask volume not populating) - Denali Authorized Realtime Exchanges lists COMEX - I have logged out and back in, disconnected/reconnected the data feed, restarted Sierra Chart, and deleted/re-downloaded intraday data Could you please refresh or re-sync my account on the server side so that CME COMEX real-time market depth data is enabled correctly and the Numbers Bars no longer show zeros? What is one symbol for which you are having an issue? We see the same data as you are seeing, so there is nothing wrong and nothing set incorrectly. It is just how this product is traded.

Hello, In Sierra Chart → Data/Trade Service Settings → Common Settings, the “Market Data Feed / Denali Exchange Data Feed” option does not appear at all. I am using: - Sierra Chart (64-bit) - Teton CME Order Routing - Clearing firm: Dorman Could you please confirm whether Denali Exchange Data Feed is ACTIVE on my account, and enable it if it is not? Hello, I recently changed my laptop, so my Sierra Chart System ID has changed. My Denali Exchange Data is paid and active, but it does not appear in Sierra Chart on my new system. Please re-bind and re-push my Denali entitlement to my current Sierra Chart System ID. Thank you. |

to my current Sierra Chart System ID. There is no such thing. This is not how it works. In Sierra Chart → Data/Trade Service Settings → Common Settings,
the “Market Data Feed / Denali Exchange Data Feed” option does not appear at all. There is no specific selection for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart is setup to recognize that you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and if not, then it will try to get the data from your trading service. -- First of all, you need to be aware that you are only setup to get real-time data for the COMEX exchange. So if you are trying to get data for products that are traded on other exchanges, then depending on what your "Current Selected Service" is set to, you may either get the delayed streaming data, or you may get nothing. Second, what exactly are you getting? Are you really getting nothing at all? Get us the Message Log from the new computer by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
