Comex market depth active but data feed still delayed and numbers bars showing zeros

Hello Sierra Chart Support,
I am using Service Package 12 with the Denali Data Feed.
My COMEX with Market Depth (non-professional) subscription is active and valid through February 28.
All CME Group exchange agreements (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) are accepted and enabled.
However, I am still having the following issues in Sierra Chart:
- Help → About shows “Delayed Data Feed = YES”
- Numbers Bars / Footprint charts are showing many zeros (bid/ask volume not populating)
- Denali Authorized Realtime Exchanges lists COMEX
- I have logged out and back in, disconnected/reconnected the data feed, restarted Sierra Chart, and deleted/re-downloaded intraday data

Could you please refresh or re-sync my account on the server side so that CME COMEX real-time market depth data is enabled correctly and the Numbers Bars no longer show zeros?

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue?
