Please re-bind and re-push my Denali entitlement
to my current Sierra Chart System ID.

There is no such thing. This is not how it works.

In Sierra Chart → Data/Trade Service Settings → Common Settings,
the “Market Data Feed / Denali Exchange Data Feed” option does not appear at all.

There is no specific selection for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart is setup to recognize that you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and if not, then it will try to get the data from your trading service.

First of all, you need to be aware that you are only setup to get real-time data for the COMEX exchange. So if you are trying to get data for products that are traded on other exchanges, then depending on what your "Current Selected Service" is set to, you may either get the delayed streaming data, or you may get nothing.

Second, what exactly are you getting? Are you really getting nothing at all?

Get us the Message Log from the new computer by following these instructions:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
