Hello, I purchased 11 - Integrated Advanced - and activated CME and COMEX with depth data and I'm still having 10 minute delayed data. I don't have a funded live account, I just want a chart with live time in SC. Could you please help? |

emardiez1: You have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account. When you do this, then your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order for you to be able to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Right now your "Verified Until" is showing as "0000-00-00", which is why we know you have not connected to your live account yet. You can not get real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed unless you have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges -- You do have access to our Delayed Streaming data, which acts exactly like the real-time data, only it is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. We recommend using this data while you are working on learning Sierra Chart and your trading style.
