Support request:
Orders for U.S. stocks are being rejected on my end, even though the API connection to Interactive Brokers is active and, for example, Eurex contracts work without any issues. IB seems not to recognize the ticker symbol.
When I open NVDA, for example, under Symbol Settings, this configuration appears. Does this need to be transformed into the IB-specific format? If so, how can this be done automatically?

You show Symbol Settings for NVDA-NQTV in the image. That symbol will not be recognized by Interactive Brokers. When trading with Interactive Brokers for equities, you need to specify a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" where that entry is the symbol as it is needed for Interactive Brokers. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format

You will also want to set the following to "Yes":
Chart Settings: Use as Trade Only Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
