You show Symbol Settings for NVDA-NQTV in the image. That symbol will not be recognized by Interactive Brokers. When trading with Interactive Brokers for equities, you need to specify a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" where that entry is the symbol as it is needed for Interactive Brokers.
