You need to setup the Symbol Settings for items like "?-NQTV", "??-NQTV", "???-NQTV", etc. so that the "Trade/Quote Symbol" is setup to match the format for that symbol. The placeholder characters (like ? and #) can be used in the entry. For example, if the format for the IB symbol is ???-STK-SMART-USD, then you would enter this for the "Trade/Quote Symbol" for the "???-NQTV" symbols. This way when you open a chart for a 3 character ticker (such as IBM-NQTV) you will have the Trade and Current Quote Symbol filled in with the necessary symbol (IBM-STK-SMART-USD).
